understand the nature and extent of our practices related to protecting your privacy. It will tell you, as of the “Last Revised” date set forth at the end
of this Statement, the information that PAR collects, how we use that information, and how we protect your information. If you have questions or concerns,

Business Information Collected by PAR
PAR collects information about your organization that is necessary and appropriate to enable us to respond to your requests pertaining to DBR Connect
(“Business Information”). We also may periodically send you information about other PAR products and services.
Price Estimate. When you visit www.myDBRConnect.com, you may be asked to submit information such as an
e-mail address, organization name, your contact name, address and phone number, and information about your entity related to the use of DBR Connect.
This information is collected to help us process your requests for product information, pricing, etc.
Product Registration. You will be asked to complete registration form(s) on our site that may request your personal name, your organizational e-mail
address, name of school district (or other entity name), school or district enrollment figures, and other relevant information, all of which may be
used by PAR. A secure log-in will be created for each user that has access to the DBR Connect Web site.
DBR Connect Web site. Upon registering and using DBR Connect, we may collect various information (in addition to the information collected initially),
which includes IP address, browser, connection speed, domain, referring URL, and other environment-related information. This information is used to (a)
provide a secure environment for the use of these services and (b) compute statistical information about the use of DBR Connect by our customers in
aggregate form. This enables PAR to more efficiently schedule maintenance, upgrades, and other changes to the application and database at times when it
would be least disruptive. Additionally, where applicable, we may also collect billing information.
Disclosure of Your Business Information
Except as set forth in this paragraph, PAR will not disclose any Business Information to third parties unless we receive your explicit permission. In the
following limited circumstances, we will consider, and may release, Business Information to third parties (a) to comply with valid legal requirements such
as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, or court order; or (b) in special cases, such as protecting the rights, property, or safety of our
customers or others. PAR may de-identify information about you (“Aggregate Information”) and provide that to third parties. For example, for research or
marketing purposes, we may inform third parties regarding the number of users of DBR Connect and the activities they conduct while on the site. Depending
on the circumstances, we may or may not charge third parties for this aggregated data. PAR may also use this information internally to improve and/or
promote other products and services.
Student Assessment Data
Business Information collected by PAR described above does not include student data entered in the course of using our products (“Student Data”). Except as
specifically set forth herein, PAR will not access your Student Data nor will we disclose your Student Data to any third parties, nor will PAR use your
Student Data for any research purposes without your explicit written permission. Only authorized users created during the registration process, or
subsequently added by you, will have access to your Student Data via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted log-in and connection.
The DBR Connect Web site may be hosted on internal PAR servers or on servers that are colocated at a third party’s facilities. PAR will not access Student
Data entered by you in the course of using the Service except in the following limited circumstances: (a) to provide you with technical support, solely at
your request and with your permission; (b) on a limited-access basis to install updates or produce regular secure backups. PAR will not provide your DBR
Connect Student Data to any third party or permit any third party to access your DBR Connect Student Data, except by your explicit permission or to comply
with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, or court order. In addition, if at any time you decide to discontinue
your use of the DBR Connect Service, your DBR Connect Student Data will be destroyed and removed from all servers according to the terms set forth in the
PAR DBR Connect User License Agreement. You will be offered the option of receiving a copy of all such data prior to its destruction, and, of course, you
may export your Student Data at any time. To accomplish the deletion of data, contact PAR Customer Support (CS@parinc.com), notify
them of the termination of your use of DBR Connect, export the data at that time, and then inform PAR Customer Support after you have obtained your data;
it will then subsequently be deleted.
How PAR Protects Your Privacy Internally
PAR wants your Business Information to remain as secure as reasonably possible. We combine industry-standard technical safeguards with a code of conduct
for those employees that are permitted to access our customers’ information.
DBR Connect may be hosted on internal PAR servers or servers that are colocated at a third-party facility, with whom we have a contract providing for
enhanced security measures. For example, your DBR Connect Student Data will be submitted via SSL encryption and stored on a separate server equipped with
industry standard firewalls. Additionally, the Student Data itself is encrypted while retained on the servers. In addition, we host our disaster recovery
environment virtually in a Peak 10 datacenter, which has 24/7 monitored video surveillance security system, biometric fingerprint readers, Card/PIN Access,
and combination lock cabinets.
Every PAR employee is trained on our privacy and security procedures. Only authorized PAR employees, agents, or independent contractors are permitted to
access your Business Information or Student Data, and all such employees, agents, or independent contractors must agree in writing to abide by our Privacy
Despite these security measures, PAR does not represent or warrant that Business Information will be protected against loss, misuse, attacks, or alteration
by third parties. We simply represent that PAR will use the best industry practices to prevent unauthorized access to your Business Information or Student
Your Privacy Choices
PAR E-Mail Promotions. On occasion, PAR may send you e-mail notices to provide you with important product updates or product promotions that may interest
you. Each e-mail we send will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe if you do not wish to receive any future e-mails. Keep in mind that if you elect
not to receive future e-mail communications, you will not receive notification of important product updates. However, even if you choose to opt out of
receiving e-mail communications, we will still periodically communicate with you via mail and telephone. We may also use this method to notify you of
maintenance or application upgrades, although messages regarding these activities will also be posted on DBR Connect. The messages will contain information
regarding the time frame for these activities and the level of access to DBR Connect during such periods.
Other PAR Communications (Non-E-Mail). In addition, provided you are no longer using DBR Connect, you may contact PAR and ask not to receive any future
communications. However, if you elect not to receive future communications, you will not receive notifications from PAR of important product updates.
Correcting or Updating Your Personal Information and Contacting PAR Regarding DBR Connect.
You can always contact us to (a) correct, update, or delete your Business Information in our systems; and (b) change your preferences regarding receiving
marketing communication from PAR by e-mailing us at CS@parinc.com.
Policy to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Continued use of the DBR Connect Web site constitutes acceptance of the provisions of this Privacy
Policy, and your continued use after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of each revised Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the terms of
